By accessing or using the Verbo app and related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Verbo is a Bible reading and study app operated by its development team. Contact us at adsverboapp@gmail.com.

Use of the Services

• You must have legal capacity to accept these terms.
• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing parts of the app without authorization is prohibited.
• User-submitted content (e.g. prayer requests) is subject to moderation.

Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some Verbo features are premium and may be unlocked by subscription. Subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, with auto-renewal until cancelled. Cancel directly in the corresponding store. Refunds follow Apple and Google policies.

Intellectual Property

All content, marks, and materials belong to Verbo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Bible texts follow each translation's license.

User Content

By posting prayer requests or other contributions, you grant Verbo a non-exclusive license to display this content within the app. You retain ownership of what you create.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verbo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the competent forum.
